It opens 8am–4pm on Monday and Thursday to Sunday, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. A confirmed booking is required. Hire vans need advance booking, photo ID and recent proof of address, and residents can use them only twice a year. Commercial vehicles, tail-lifts and vehicles over 3.5 tonnes aren’t accepted through the household service.

If you’re considering a skip, the skip company must obtain Brent’s licence for a public-highway placement; a controlled bay may need suspending too. Private land needs no skip licence. Our collection is often easier where space is tight or you need the lifting done.
