Waste Removal in Hampstead Garden Suburb (NW11)
We do waste and rubbish removal in Hampstead Garden Suburb, NW11, with a two-person crew who’ll lift, carry and load everything into our van. From an old sofa upstairs to a shed full of broken tools, we’ll collect it from where it stands. Nothing needs carrying to the kerb.
Waste Removal North West London covers the whole Suburb, from the streets around Central Square to homes beside Hampstead Heath Extension and towards Temple Fortune. Same-day and next-day collections are often possible.
Clearing homes and gardens across the Suburb
Hampstead Garden Suburb’s layout makes a difference to clearance work. Its early twentieth-century houses, individual gardens and landscaped communal spaces mean there’s often more to a job than loading from the front door. A garage at the end of a drive, a loft reached through an upstairs landing or an overgrown rear garden each needs a different approach.
Around Meadway and Northway, we clear furniture, accumulated household rubbish and the leftovers from room refurbishments. We also collect from flats, where stairs and shared entrances need care. Tell us about narrow passages, awkward stair turns or a long carry from the garden when you send your photos, and we’ll plan the loading around them.
Gardens are a big part of life here. Hedge cuttings, dismantled garden furniture, rotten shed panels and years of pots can soon fill the available space. Our garden clearance service can deal with the mixed pile as well as the greenery, so you don’t have to arrange separate collections.
Access, lifting and an agreed price in NW11
Leafy roads don’t always mean easy van access. Parked cars, short drives and narrow entrances can affect where we load. We’ll discuss parking and access beforehand and work out a sensible loading position, keeping shared paths and entrances usable.
Our two-person crew does all the lifting and loading from lofts, upstairs rooms, gardens, sheds and garages. We’re fully insured, and we’ll agree how bulky pieces will come out before moving them through the house.
Quotes are free and no-obligation, usually from a few photos. Our waste removal pricing is based mainly on how much van space the load takes, plus any items needing special disposal. We agree the price before starting.
Barnet collections and the Summers Lane tip
Hampstead Garden Suburb is in Barnet, rather than Camden. Barnet’s bulky collection costs £46.71 for one to three household items. It’s a sensible option for a few eligible pieces you can move outside yourself. They must be outside the front boundary, near the public footpath, visible from the road by 6am. Council crews won’t enter homes or back gardens.
For smaller loads you can transport, Summers Lane Reuse and Recycling Centre is on Porters Lane, North Finchley, N12 0RF. It’s open daily, 9am to 4pm. Cars, cyclists and pedestrians don’t need to book. Vans, trailers and stripped vehicles, including pick-ups and vehicles without rear seats, need an NLWA booking at least 24 hours ahead, with proof of residency. Residents get six van bookings a year.
We’re the easier option when there’s heavy lifting, waste in several rooms or more than you can reasonably take yourself.
A proper collection, even while you’re away
We’re a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency, and you’ll receive a receipt or waste transfer note for every collection. Householders must check their carrier on the Environment Agency public register and get a receipt. Using an unlicensed carrier risks a fine.
We sort what we collect for reuse and recycling where we can, take the rest to licensed sites and sweep up before leaving.
If you’re arranging a clearance from elsewhere, we can collect keys or arrange access through your agent or neighbour. We’ll send completion photos, and before-and-after photographs are available on request.
Call 020 4538 1013 or send photos through our contact page. We’ll give you a free quote and arrange your Hampstead Garden Suburb collection.
